Depending upon their specific nature, plants and seeds can be seasonal. For example, certain plants may seed only in certain years, depending on several conditions, while some other may seed year around. Some plant cuttings are best taken in specific seasons or growths of stages, while others could be taken year around. So, the short answer is, “it depends”. Our stock is always harvested from our organically tended homestead gardens and hence is seasonal and limited. You could express an interest on a certain product via the website itself if it's out of stock, and we shall notify you when it's back in stock.
From time to time, when we have a surplus harvest that may not stay longer on our shelves, we offer discounts to get them to new homes sooner. Please subscribe to our mailing list, or visit our website in intervals to check for any promotions that may be running.
Unique things excite us too, and we don't shy away from adventure. That said, our resources have constraints too. However, if you need something that's not on our current catalog, please do write to us at rancher@vaparifarms.com and we promise we'll respond :-)
Our website has documentation on each seed, cuttings and plants we sell. We also include it in the envelope or package that carries the little guys to your home. We think our documentation is comprehensive enough; else, please do let us know, and we'll be happy to help you out.
We do this for the love of growing and we want you to be happy too when our paths cross. Only positive thoughts!!! :-) So, if you are unhappy with your purchase, and a refund is what would make you happy, by all means, please send us an email mentioning what happened, and your purchase receipt. We'll be happy to refund or replace your purchase - yes, with positive thoughts and smiles :-)
